Important Booking Information:

• Direct Billing: We offer direct billing for most major extended health insurance plans. Please bring your valid insurance provider card and/or RMT referral prescription to your session.

• HST: All services are subject to 13% HST.

• Cancellations: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for all cancellations. Because your time slot is reserved exclusively for you, late cancellations or no-shows for any reason will be charged the full cost of the treatment to the card on file. If you cannot make it, you are welcome to send a friend or family member in your place to avoid the fee.
